Mother's Recipe - Kashmiri Chilli (200g)

Kashmiri chilli powder imparts a rich flavour and colour to dishes, mainly tandoori and other marinades. It has a great red colour and a little sweet flavour. When used in curry, it imparts bright red colour making food more good-looking and pleasant.
